Great, fast service. And the tacos are really good. Shells are perfect. Meat is tasty. Cozy dining atmosphere. Satisfies that "Taco urge!"

They have the BEST burrito's and the sauce completes the meal! Simple but delicious! My all time favorite walk up taco stand shop for nearly 20 years and I drive nearly an hour to have their combo burritos!

The feel of the place is straight out of 1967. The staff are definitely proud of the restaurant. The food was good, basic and simple, which, from what the delightful lady at the counter told me, is their goal. The burrito (without beans for me), was a little bit bland at first. But once I added Taco Lita's apparently locally famous taco sauce, it took on a whole new flavor profile. It was, in the end, a great burrito!

2 stars for quantity and 0 stars for quality. There was only ground beef meat selection, with cold tomatoes, rice, lettuce, and tons of beans that go into the jumbo burrito. It reminded me of eating those frozen burritos from the cafeteria as the ingredients didnt feel that they blended well; the 3 slices of tomato was COLD; beans overpowered all other ingredients; the rice and cheese was minimal... The good thing, I suppose, is that people with huge appetites will definitely appreciate the portion size.

It's getting to expensive and portion is less now.. for the 1st time in my life I had to pay for a bag of sauce.... So yah. Not really missing anything... It might take another 1-2 years before I go back...

Out of Taco Lita sauce again. Overpriced and the quality has gone down. Not worth going anymore.

This was the absolute most terrible tacos I've ever had in my life. These tacos taste worse than Taco Bell on their worst day. They microwave the quesadilla? That's disgusting.... they only offer beef no other tacos. If i could rate this place less than one star i would... i read the reviews and i was excited because it was close to where i was staying and was let down completely. Maybe and a strong maybe probably not good either way. But if your drunk maybe their good and i highly doubt that. So do yourself a favor and go to a food truck anywhere and you'll be happy rather than this place.

The main thing people like about your food is not made by you?.... If you are out of your famous sauce doesn't that go to show that you just buy it from somewhere else? I see no reason for it not to be available if it was made there.l

I grew up with Taco Lita. I love it. I took a $25.00 Uber there this evening. Unfortunately, they had ZERO Taco Lita Sauce > Their trademark. They stocked up on some Del Sol sauce which didn't cut it. People were from out of state and angry. >>>> I know the owners. I just want to say, when Taco Lita started making people buy their 10packs/20packs, etc of Taco sauce, they should have kept the high demand in mind. I watched over 25 people walk out in less than 5 minutes. They were still taking orders, not informing the customers. It was disappointing to say the least.

Taco Lita I love you so❤. Your burritos are measured in pounds of flavorful meat packed tightly into a just thin enough tortilla jacket. We get the meat/cheese. Soooo much food. And your tacos, yes they're american style, but you'll be left wondering what you like most: the meat, the shell, the cheese (psssst, I ask for extra) or the world famous sauce. Oh, it IS special. A little sweet, a little tangy, it's juuuuuuust right. Go , go, go. You'll love it too.

Simple menu. Tasty food, but a little pricy and could leave you feeling a bit hungry.

Taco Lita is my go to food place. I'd go there everday but I need to be good. I have been eating here for 51 years. It's a small menu but everything is good. Always. Check it out.

Do you love a favorable and crunchy taco? I do. What about fresh and divine fillings? I do. But more importantly, what about the quality and taste of the sauce? This place is off the hook in every respect, especially their taco sauce. Yes, it's a small place with seating and ample parking, but note the service is the best. I travel afar to get there, but when I crave Lita's tacos, the trip is worth it.

I love the place! I feel like a kid again while I'm at Taco Lita! This is 1960's Americanized Mexican food at its best. The flower tortillas are always fresh and they put lots of cheese in the items. The food is bland but delicious - especially when doused with their taco sauce!

I enjoy their tacos which is their specialty they always have fresh ingredients and clean place to eat. It's a locally owned restraunt and decent prices.

Simple American style bean and cheese burrito, if your looking for traditional Mexican this place is not it.

Place is still the best I love the burros and my wife says the tacos are delicious...we came all the way from San Bernadino and will keep doing it....yeah buddy....put some hot sauce on my burritos baby

I can say,very cleaned and delicious.

I've been eating here since High School and have a special place in my heart for this place. It's not fine dining or haute cuisine, but the price tags aren't either. Think Taco Bell made without processed stuff- pay a few bucks more and gets some good Americanized Mexican food. And the sauce can't be beat! Personal favorite- the jumbo with a taco. Just try it!

Still missing the Sauce but the Combo burrito was great!

It was good my wife is the one that loves taco lita I didn't grow up with them but it's good the tacos are bomb with the lita sauce

I have loved this place since it opened in the 60's. The combo burrito is large. I cannot eat a entire one. Unfortunately, they have been out of Taco Lita sauce since December. It is a must have for the total experience. This is the second time in a year or so that this happened.

A SGV staple for as long as I can remember. I've been as far away as MS. And had friends mail me lita sauce. 2 tacos and a Lita sandwich is pretty good eating...

If you haven't tried Taco Lita before, you must! Been coming here since a little kid! The sauce is what does it. And if you like spicy sauce ask for the jalapeno sauce!

The best American Mexican food around. Great burritos and good prices. The taco sauce is out of this world. The staff is great too

I got tacos. Very good tacos. The sauce just sends me back to the 80's and 90's almost slightly spicy ketchup. The shells have a nice crunch, but not greasy and not too hard. Flash back Friday indeed.

I have patronized this place for almost 50 years. Now, when im passing through town. I remeber going to it, before it had indoor seating. David Muniz was a school friend and his dad openend and operated it (and they lived next door). Great place, great food and wonderful people!

Almost 50 years, as regular customer. Burritos and tacos always delicious, and they're are very popular with locals and Arcadia High Alumnis! Unfortunately, out of the packs of the famous Taco Lita taco sauce. One employee told me, that they're no longer carry them anymore. Going to have the sauce replacement, soon.

It's TACO LITA! EVERYONE LOVES TACO LITA. For their food. The staff is OK. The older lady that takes orders can smile a little more with her bright red lipstick & be a little more friendly. The owner has worked there since we were in H.S. in the mid 80s. She wasn't nice or full of smiles than and now that she owns it, she still isn't. The gentleman that work there are the most friendly. Not a practical place to eat inside. They've NEVER done any upgrades. They could make it more inviting. Add in booths so people can actually sit together instead of in a line against the wall on a cement bench. Many people talk about this.You'd think they could afford napkins? Evidently they can't. They have the worse fine paper napkins.

Everything was just as good as I remember it.

Clean, but small tables. Waitress was super friendly and cooperative!! Food was great, but too much beans and cheese and not enough meat. Still, tasted great!
